Artists Framing Services can frame your AFL Football Jumper.

When choosing a framer to frame your jumper you need to choose carefully and find out exactly how they will be placing it in the frame for you. Some framers will place foam board inside the jumper to stretch it flat then just press it between the glass and a backing board to keep it in place. We do not recommend having any artwork or jumper touching glass whilst it is trapped inside that environment. Especially with a material such as a football jumper, the changes of temperature inside a room will cause the glass to draw out the moisture inside the material which can cause, sometimes sooner rather than later the jumper to grow mould.

At Artists Framing Services, we will carefully hand sew your jumper to a acid free backing board with cotton in a way that it will not damage your jumper. Your jumper will remain in the same state if you wish to take it out of the frame sometime in the future.

There are a couple of ways we normally frame a jumper. In a box frame, spaced back from glass. We can place a plaque inside the frame at the bottom of the jumper if you require.
